Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (with the exception of large, or custom orders which may require more processing time) 

Please triple-check your address when ordering! We're unable to replace orders delivered to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to the sender (us) due to an incorrect address, We will resend it to your updated address for an additional shipping fee. 

If your items arrive damaged, or get lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery (or the scheduled delivery date) and we'll do our best to get a replacement to you ASAP!
